China4 - Day 27 - HaiKou
I think we have exhausted our things-to-do list in HaiKou. We thought about going to the nearest beach but it is half an hour away by taxi and does not compare (by Trip Advisor or in the photos I've seen) with what we can find in Sanya so giving it a miss is crucial

Taxi to Sanya Railway Station, train to Lingshui, taxi to the coast, cable car to Nanwan Monkey Island, where there were some monkey shows with trained monkeys and there were also families of monkeys which seemed to be living relatively free lives.....
